Ir. Rudhi Wibawa Nugraha
President Director
Rudhi Wibawa Nugraha is a seasoned executive with over 33 years of experience in Indonesia's automotive, heavy equipment, and mining industries. He spent 13 years in the heavy equipment sector as Director and General Manager of Commercial, building strong customer-focused operations and dealer excellence.
He has extensive experience managing partnerships with leading principals from China and Europe and completed the INSEAD Executive Leadership Program in Singapore.
As President Director of PT Lextera Survey Indonesia, he brings proven commercial leadership and strong industry networks, positioning Lextera as a trusted partner to support ComNav Technology's expansion and market share growth in Indonesia.
Ir. Ades T. Soleh
Operational Director
Ades T. Soleh is a geodesy professional with over 30 years of experience in surveying, GIS, government land administration, and geospatial project management. He has held key roles with global brands including TOPCON, NIKON, and SOKKIA, and contributed to national land programs through government associations.
As Operational Director of PT Lextera Survey Indonesia, he leads execution, partnerships, and market expansion, supporting ComNav Technology's growth and competitiveness in Indonesia through strong technical expertise and government networks.
